How quickly will my impression kit arrive?

Order before 3pm (Monday to Friday) and we post your kit the same day — it usually arrives the next working day. Orders after 3pm or at the weekend go out on the next working day.

When does the turnaround start?

When your impression reaches our lab. Standard is 7–10 working days, Silver is 2–3 working days and Express is 1 working day, plus postage back to you.

How long does the Freepost envelope take?

Usually 1–2 working days. Post your impression back as soon as you've taken it — every day you wait adds a day.

How do I choose Silver or Express?

Choose your service at checkout. Silver is £15 and Express is £30 (UK only). See delivery options.

Do weekends and bank holidays count?

No. All timings are in working days, Monday to Friday, not including bank holidays.

My date is too close. What can I do?

Call us on 01202 486113 before you order. We'll tell you honestly whether we can make it — or put you in touch with a dental practice near you that can take your impression quickly.
