When will my impression kit arrive?
Order before 3pm (Monday to Friday) and we post your kit the same day — it usually arrives the next working day.
How long until I get my gumshield?
Your custom gumshield is made and delivered within 7–10 working days of your impression reaching our lab. See the full ordering process.
What if my gumshield doesn't fit?
Every gumshield is covered by our 100% fit guarantee. Send us a message with your order number and choose "Fit or remake" — our lab team will help.
Can a dentist take my impression?
Yes. We can put you in touch with a dental practice near you that works with our lab.
