How your guard is made

Every impression is checked by a technician before work starts. If it isn't usable, we'll be in touch.

A plaster model of your teeth is poured from your impression — your gumshield is built on it.

Dental-grade EVA is heated and pressure-formed over your model, with your colours, design and name built in.

Each guard is hand-trimmed and polished so the edges sit comfortably against your gums.

Fit-checked on your model, then packed and posted back to you.
