Ordering Process

1. Choose Your Design

• Find the gumshield or mouthguard that suits you.
• Select your preferred colour, thickness, and any other options shown beside the product image.
• When you're happy with your choice, click “Add to Cart” (above the item description).

2. Check Your Order

• When you’ve added all your items, go to your cart and proceed to payment.
• After payment, we’ll send you a confirmation email (check your junk folder if you don’t see it).
• Please make sure all the details in the email are correct.

If you order before 4pm (Mon–Fri), your impression kit will be posted the same day.

3. Take Your Impression

• Your impression kit will arrive with everything you need.
• It includes:
• A two-part putty to mix together
• Trays to hold the putty in your mouth while it sets
• Extra trays to match different mouth sizes
• Follow the instructions inside the kit to take a clear, accurate impression of your teeth.
• This step ensures your gumshield is made to fit only your mouth.

4. Send Your Impression Back

• Once you’ve made a good impression, put it in the plastic bag and seal it.
• Place the bag and your lab ticket (with your order details) into the Freepost envelope provided.
• Post it back to us — no stamp needed.

5. We Make Your Gumshield

• As soon as we receive your impression, we’ll start making your custom gumshield.
• You will receive it within 7–10 working days
