Built on a model of your teeth
We cast a model from your impression and make your gumshield on it, so it fits your mouth and nobody else's.
No boil-and-bite
We don't recommend boil-and-bite guards. They can't fit or protect in the same way as a custom-made gumshield.

Audited every year.
Producing appliances of the highest quality is our number one priority. To keep our standards high, we're accredited with DAMAS — the Dental Appliance Manufacturers Audit Scheme — a quality management system that audits us every year to make sure strict standards are met.
Our technicians are GDC registered. They all have well over ten years' experience and/or BTEC, City & Guilds or Foundation degree qualifications from the UK. You can find out more about dental professionals at gdc-uk.org.

Your impression arrives
Every impression is checked by a technician before work starts. If it isn't usable, we'll be in touch.

We cast a model
A plaster model of your teeth is poured from your impression — your gumshield is built on it.

Heat-formed to fit
Dental-grade EVA is heated and pressure-formed over your model, with your colours, design and name built in.

Trimmed by hand
Each guard is hand-trimmed and polished so the edges sit comfortably against your gums.

Checked and posted
Fit-checked on your model, then packed and posted back to you.
